About the firm

Serious capital deserves a serious conversation.

Family Office Bitcoin is the working name for Veritas Bitcoin Strategies LLC, a licensed RIA focused on governance-first Bitcoin allocation work for multigenerational wealth.

Why this work exists

Family Office Bitcoin was founded because the Bitcoin conversation most investors were having was not the one they needed to have. What passed for institutional analysis was often advocacy or avoidance. The work is serious because the capital is serious.

Our approach is analytical, plain English and built around the responsibilities that come with capital meant to outlive the people who built it. We help families and advisers make a position understandable, governable and reviewable.

Philosophy

Institutional rigor without hype or advocacy.

We believe the useful work happens between promotion and dismissal: define the question, understand the risks, establish the operating model and document the decision.

Independent analysis

No price predictions, no required outcome and no pressure to fit a client into a pre-set view.

Governance first

The mandate, custody, authority and succession questions are part of the investment work.

Plain English

A decision should be explainable to an investment committee and to the next generation.
